October Devotional: Rooted and Ready for the Season

As the leaves begin to change and the air carries a crisp reminder that a new season is here, we are invited to pause and reflect on what God is doing in us. Autumn is often seen as a season of harvest, yet it also teaches us the importance of letting go.

Just as trees release their leaves to prepare for winter, we, too, are called to release the things that no longer serve our walk with God or our calling as Christian coaches.

📖 Scripture for Reflection

“Blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in Him.They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream.It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green.”— Jeremiah 17:7–8

🌱 Rooted in Christ

In coaching, we often encourage others to embrace growth and transformation. But as leaders, we must remember that our ability to pour into others flows directly from how deeply we are rooted in Christ.

The strength of our ministry and our coaching does not come from striving, but from abiding.
